DISCOVERY
Introductory meetings are conducted with the perspective client’s Executive Team to discuss the challenges they are facing and the benefits of working together.
ANALYSIS
WOLFE & ASSOCIATES will perform an on-site, no-charge Preliminary Analysis to define the Project Scope. (1-5 days) If required, W&A will perform an on-site, Forensic Analysis to qualify and quantify the opportunity for improvement and develop a detailed Improvement Strategy and Implementation Plan. (1 to 3 weeks and completed for a nominal fee)
IMPLEMENTATION
Working in close cooperation with our client’s Leadership Team, W&A will train, coach, facilitate, and implement the Improvement Plan. Services are structured to meet the need and speed of the client's requirements.
PERPETUATION
To achieve ongoing savings and perpetuate the continuous improvement process, WOLFE & ASSOCIATES will provide the necessary tools, training, documentation, and knowledge transfer; combined with post project follow-up.
