Larry Wolfe excels at implementing contemporary business strategies, tools, and tactics to improve corporate profitability and enhance business value.  As a visionary, planner and change leader, he has delivered millions in bottom-line savings to the corporations he has run, as well as those he has consulted for.

Prior to transitioning into consulting, Larry held CEO/COO positions with manufacturing, distribution and marketing/sales corporations, including Masco Industries and Whirlpool Corporation.  His experience includes Divisional P&L responsibility in both public and private corporations, restructuring and expanding global supply chains, controlling offshore corporate divisions as well as Pacific Rim and South America business alliances.

Mr. Wolfe started his consulting career in 1998 with the formation of WOLFE & ASSOCIATES, a consultancy dedicated to assisting corporate leaders with the development and implementation of value-added business strategies.  He has since delivered substantial savings with an excellent ROI to clients ranging in size from the Fortune 500 to privately held regional firms.

Education: Mr. Wolfe graduated with scholastic honors from Northern Illinois University and holds a BS in Industrial Technology and Numerical Control Processing.  Prior to pursuing an MBA in Finance from Loyola University of Chicago, he earned post-graduate certifications in Advanced Metal Manufacturing Technology from Purdue University and International Logistics from the University of Wisconsin.  He is certified in California Environmental Law from Washington National Institute and has attended and conducted extensive seminars on Lean Six-Sigma enterprise transformation.
